Perched above the hills of Bel Air, with breathtaking views stretching towards the Pacific Ocean, this residence embodies a seamless balance between contemporary architecture, nature, and materiality. Every space has been designed to celebrate light, landscape, and the timeless beauty of Italian travertine.
At the heart of the project is Italian Travertine, used as the defining material throughout the residence. Large cross-cut surfaces extend across floors, walls, and architectural details, creating a natural and organic language that enhances continuity and brings a sense of calm and understated luxury to every space.
The kitchen, crafted in Travertino Velluto VC, is conceived as a sculptural volume where clean architectural lines meet the richness of natural stone. The primary bathroom is the emotional centrepiece of the home: a monolithic stone bathtub anchors a space where interior and exterior boundaries dissolve completely.
Bel Air House is a celebration of refined simplicity — a residence where uniqueness, nature, and design exist in perfect harmony.
